Wing Walk for Wishes

We're delighted to announce When You Wish Upon a Star have teamed up with local charities Scunthorpe Samaritans, Lindsey Lodge Hospice and the Carer's Support Centre in Grimsby to bring Aerobatic Tactics back to Wickenby for a fun charity weekend in 2018.

When You Wish Upon a Star have just 7 places left to fill of the 17 and we'd LOVE for you to join our team of wing walkers.

Each wing walker will receive a T-shirt to proudly wear on the day and a certificate of achievement.

To register

each wing walker must pay a non refundable deposit of £75 and commit to raising a minimum of £575 in sponsorship. Out of this, your flight fee of £420 will be taken - so the more you raise, the more comes to the charity and the more Wishes we can make come true

The 2017 Wing Walk raised over £10,000 which made a huge difference to some of our Wish children who were able to have their dreams come true.

We'll give you lots of support and help, sponsor forms and details of how to set up your online justgiving page. Please note, we must have the minimum sponsor money with us by 1st June 2018 as we have to pay for all places in advance.

You will need to be a maximum of 12st 2lbs fully dressed on the day - even a pound matters - this is very strict. You must be of good health and if there is any doubt as to fitness, you will need to get a doctor's permission. Everything will be covered in your welcome pack - we're here to help and support you at all stages. Our places filled very quickly last time, so don't delay in contacting us.
