When You Wish Upon a Star's - 21st Birthday Charity Ball 2012

You are cordially invited to join us in celebrating our 21st Birthday Charity Ball at The Nottingham Belfry Hotel on 22nd September 2012.

Including special guests, corporate and community supporters from the East Midlands and Wish families will be attending our night of celebrations helping to raise much needed funds for When You Wish Upon a Star. Each year ‘When You Wish Upon a Star’ takes hundreds of children on a magical trip to Lapland to meet Father Christmas.

This is a precious time which enables these courageous children and their family to escape their illness for a few hours, have fun in the snow and be a child for a day! 2011 saw 70 amazing children do just this from the East Midlands...

This is YOUR chance to really be part of our annual Lapland trip for 2012 and to make such trips happen, we actively fundraise to ensure the £85,000 it costs to charter each plane is raised. Please help us to continue treating these incredible courageous children to a truly magical day in Lapland.

Format of the Evening

7:00pm - Drinks Reception

8:00pm  - Dinner

10:00pm - Auction/Raffle

10:30pm - Entertainment

12:30am  - Carriages

Individual Ticket £40 - Table of 10 (get one place free) £360.  

Dress Code: Black Tie & Posh Frocks.

There is also an opportunity to take advantage of sponsorship opportunities - we understand sponsorship is a two way deal, so we are flexible on making this investment worthwhile!
