This festive season we invite you to join When You Wish Upon a Star on board The Polar Express™. Experience a fully immersive theatrical event based on the 2004 Christmas film favourite The Polar Express™.

The Polar Express™ experience will take place on two dates:

** 29th November – Edinburgh Waverley Station SOLD OUT **
** 5th December – London Euston Station SOLD OUT **

Please note due to the design of the heritage coaches we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs. If the wheelchair user is able to climb a step, and walk a short distance we can assist in boarding. Wheelchairs will be transferred to the arrival station ready for when you disembark.

FAQ for Guests with Additional Needs

Families are responsible for making their own way to the station.
The experience will be filmed and photographed for When You Wish Upon a Star.
A designated station for buggies and wheelchairs will be available on the platform, monitored by security.
The train ride lasts about 1 hour. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. The full experience, including check-in and boarding, may take up to 2 hours.
The train will return to the original departure station.
