Sunrise 5k Run or Walk - Nottingham
Discover your city in a new light – A 5k run/walk at 5.30am on a Friday morning in the summer.
We all know our cities when they’re filled with people, but what about when they’re deserted and the sun is starting to rise?
On Friday 30th June, Starting on Smithy Row in Nottingham City Centre, the route takes you past famous landmarks, including Nottingham Castle and Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem before a picturesque return along the Notts-Beeston Canal. You will then take in the Lace Market before heading back to the finish.
It’s something to behold.
