ABOUT THE EVENT

Join Team Wish to run Manchester marathon one of the UK's largest this event famed for the Mancunian spirit. The scenic route that passes through the city centre, Trafford Park, Sale, Timperley, Altrincham and Old Trafford and is one of the flattest marathons in the UK

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR PLACE 

Our events team are a friendly bunch and will support you the whole way through the journey you will be given a welcome pack with a technical running vest, resources, tools and ideas which we have gathered over the years. Not to mention the official race day goodie bags with event t-shirt and medal.

When you represent Wish at an event, you become part of our team, part of our community, part of the Wish family. WHY SUPPORT WISH

Your fundraising is supporting children living with life threatening illnesses across the UK. Wishes come in all shapes and sizes, from iPads which provide a lifeline to the outside world for a child in isolation to an exciting day out at a ‘meet and greet’ with a child’s lifelong hero and everything in between. Each Wish is inspirational, providing hope and excitement where there these are often running low and enable families to make magical memories to treasure.
