Robin Hood Half Marathon 2024

RH2024

We are looking for our next team of amazing runners to take part in the Robin Hood Half Marathon and Mini Marathon in September 2024.

This run is one of the longest established and most popular city centre road events in the UK.

The race starts and finishes in Victoria Embankment A picturesque route taking you along Victoria Embankment, River Trent, past Nottingham Castle, Robin Hood statue, The Park and Wollaton Park where you're bound to see a few deer roaming. Finishing on Victoria Embankment Recreation ground next to the River Trent.

We have limited charity places for this event, so if you like one call the events team on 0115 979 1720 or email events@whenyouwish.org.uk to secure a place today – we ask that you raise a minimum of £200.00 in sponsorship. If you have already signed up for the event and are looking for a charity to support we would love to hear from you our own place runners still get the same dedicated service.

Every participants will receive a fundraising pack and charity running vest to wear on the day, a Finishers Medal, Water, Chip Timing and Results.

We also have many volunteering opportunities on race day, if you’d like to make a difference please contact us now for further info.

By taking part in this event you will become part of our team, part of our community, your fundraising is directly supporting children living with life threatening illnesses across the UK. Wishes come in all shapes and sizes, iPads which provide a lifeline to the outside world for a child in isolation, an exciting day out at a ‘meet and greet’ with a child’s lifelong hero is inspirational proving hope and excitement where there often is none and or a family holiday where families can make magical memories to treasure. By participating you are offering magic and excitement to families who are going through the darkest of times all while making your own memories and experiences.
