Alton Towers Treat 2023
On Sunday 3rd September, 35 of our courageous Wish children had a fantastic sunny day at Alton Towers theme park in Staffordshire.
Upon entry into the park the Wish children and their families were treated as VIP's. They were each gifted a fast track ride access pass to let them make the most of their day.
Screams, laughter and squeals were heard from rides such as The Smiler, Thirteen, The Wicker Man, Rita and The Congo River Rapids. Over in CBeebies Land, more children thoroughly enjoyed rides such as The Octonauts Rollercoaster, Postman Pat Parcel Force, Get Set Go Treetop Adventure and The In The Night Garden Magical Boat Ride.
Away from the rides, entertainment was provided in the from of Balloon Modelling, Face Painting and even Disney Princess Elsa stopped by.
Alton Towers provided a delicious buffet lunch and refreshments for all the families throughout the day as well as reserving When you Wish Upon a Star a relaxing space for families to escape and get some chill time if needed.
