IRONMAN WALES

Our long time friend and supporter, Jay Murray, is once again stepping up to the challenge … 

This time he is competing in the Ironman Wales  to raise funds to grant wishes for our brave and courageous children.

The IRONMAN WALES will start with a 2.4 mile SWIM  at North Beach in the seaside town of Tenby in the pristine waters of Carmarthen Bay.  Followed by a 112 mile BIKE RIDE  which goes through the scenic countryside of Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and passes by numerous castles and iconic landmarks.  It ends with a 26.2 mile MARATHON RUN with the medieval town walls and picturesque beachfront forming an impressive backdrop through Tenby.
