Apply for a Wish

We are pleased to announce that our Wish Granting has reopened. We are currently limited to the amount of Wish applications we can receive, and all applications will be acknowledged in order of receipt.

To apply for a wish, simply make sure your application meets the listed criteria below and fill in our online application form then our Wish Fairies will be in touch with you within 28 days of your application.

Who can apply for a Wish?

Children aged 4-16 years

Children between 4 and 16 years of age living with a life threatening or terminal illness.
No previous wishes granted

Children who have not had a Wish granted by another charity.
Who can enquire?

We are happy to receive initial enquires from parents/guardians or medical professionals.

Apply for a Wish

The Wish application must be fully completed and cannot be submitted unless all fields are complete. You are required to state 3 different Wish options in case your initial Wish is not possible. Wherever possible, all 3 Wishes must be those of the Wish child and should always be centred around what they are likely to get most enjoyment from. If your Wish list includes a holiday, please be aware you are only permitted to include one holiday as an option.

Any application for a Disney Wish must be made only by selecting the 'Disney Wish' option.

All those traveling have a valid passport for at least 6 months. ESTA and Passports must be secured within 3 months of your application.
