‘Leeds based travel law firm announces new Charity Partnership!’
Travlaw is pleased to announce a new charity partnership with When You Wish Upon A Star in line with the charity’s 30th Anniversary celebrations in 2020.
Travlaw, one of the industry’s leading travel law specialists based in Horsforth will be raising funds for When You Wish Upon A Star through a number of employee lead events including sporting challenges such as the Leeds Abbey Dash and the Yorkshire Three Peaks. The charity will also be invited to their annual ‘Big Tent Event’ in January, attended by a number of travel industry experts
Funds raised through the partnership will be used to grant many more magical wishes for children living with life-threatening illnesses, aged between 4 and 17 years old.
Regional Fundraiser for WYWUAS, Helen Rook, said ‘It is so exciting to be working in partnership with the team at Travlaw, particularly for our 30th year. We have plans to launch several new key events across Yorkshire as well as chartering a one-off flight to Disneyland Paris in celebration of granting almost 18,000 wishes since we began! As we do not receive any funding from the government, corporate partnerships such as this one are imperative to enable us to continue our work.’
